The facility offers many free therapy sessions that focus on death and how it affects someone’s emotional, mental, and spiritual health. These services are also provided in other locations, for those who are unable to come to the center. It has been found that those who attend therapy can recover from grief much faster, Kenny Slaught says. Furthermore, grief therapists are more effective compared to regular counselors.
